We meet for two hours each month to record an entire month of video content.
We’ll meet online for two hours and record 15 videos, giving you approximately 3-4 short-form videos to post every week on your preferred channels: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok.
We do the planning, hook-writing, bullet pointing and editing and everything in between.
What does our short-form video service include?
Okay, but when we say we do everything, what does that really mean?
Well, we really do take care of everything – the only thing we don’t do is star in the videos – we leave that to you.

- Video content strategy: No more posting on a whim, and I’m hoping it works. We kick things off by defining your strategy and ensuring that every piece of content you create will help you reach your business goals.
- Kick-off call: We will have a call with you to understand your goals, your audience, and what products or services you are prioritising (and when).
- Planning: One of the biggest time drains when it comes to video content is coming up with ideas and creating the content calendar, so we do it for you. We’ll consume all your current content (e.g., books, blog posts, webinars, podcasts, etc.) and come up with a content plan that your audience loves, that’s unique to you, and that hits your business goals!
- Writing: Writing a hook that will pull your audience in within the first few seconds is critical to watch time and engagement. We focus on grabbing your potential customers’ attention and keeping it, with a hook and bullet points for you to cover. We’ll include your own stories, unique methods, and more for truly individual, stand-out content.
- Record: We don’t just leave you to it, we’ll be there to help you record. We’ll meet you over Zoom (no don’t worry, we don’t record over the grainy Zoom screen) and we’ll walk you through your phone/camera set-up. We’ll do a test video to make sure we’re good and then you can record with confidence.
- Directing: Lights, camera, action! During record time, our video strategist will be with you the entire time. We’ll be bossy: “more energy”, “rephrase that”…we’ll take the video from meh, to wow. Trust us, this is what sets your content apart!

What’s the process of our short-form video service…

- Step 2: Keyword research and planning
- Step 3: We send you a list of all the ideas (we’ll need you to approve these)
- Step 4: We’ll write the hooks and bullet points from the previous ideas
- Step 5: Arrange a day for recording (we’ll need you to tell us when you are free)
- Step 6: Recording day! (You’re needed here)
- Step 7: Editing time! We go away and edit the raw footage into something amazing
- Step 8: Videos are ready to publish! We will ensure you get multiple versions of your videos suitable for different platforms (such as YouTube and LinkedIn)
This whole process rolls monthly, so every single month you get new videos to publish – meaning you remain consistent.
What does the first video shoot look like? The Rolodex video shoot…
We like to call our first video shoot, the Rolodex shoot.
Essentially, we ask you key questions about your business, products/services, industry etc and your job is to answer them.
That’s it.
And don’t worry, we’ll send you these beforehand.
The purpose of this is to get truly natural content that kicks us off nicely into your service. It’s amazing what you’ll come up with when answering these questions.
And don’t worry if you stumble, pause, say something you don’t mean etc. That is what editing is for, and your director will be there to support you all the way.
What type of videos will I get, and on what platforms?
During the kick-off call, we’ll figure out what platforms you are using or interested in using so that we can create the right videos for you.
You’ll get 15 short-form videos. And we’ll record two outros, suitable for YouTube, Instagram/TikTok and LinkedIn, so you get two videos for the price of one!
Do I really need a director?
It may seem a bit over-the-top to have a director, afterall, you might think that this isn’t a Hollywood movie…
BUT, the director is what will take your videos from good to absolutely amazing!
When you’re recording video it’s so difficult to spot when you say things that aren’t clear, or the wrong word, or when to use a better hook. Our director will get you to rephrase things, remind you to keep up your energy, or suggest ways to improve your delivery.
Your director will make sure your message resonates with your audience in the most compelling way possible.

How much time will it take me?
One of the most daunting things about taking on video is the time drain that it can become to do it well.
This is why, when designing this service, we made it our mission to help you create as much video content as possible with as little time commitment as possible.
But what will that look like?
If you work with us on your short-form video content you can expect to spend two hours per month with us, with approximately one extra hours on-top for kick-off calls and idea approval.
It will be split up to look like this:
- 90 mins: kick-off call
- 30 mins: approval of ideas
- 2 hours per month: recording
- Final checks to see that you are happy
And that’s it!
We do all the heavy lifting from the kick-off call onwards, so not only are you spending very little time, but you are handing over to the professionals, so you know it’s going to be done right.
How much time will it save me?
This is where our video service is really worth its weight in gold. While we’ve designed it to take up as little time as humanly possible, it will also save you an absolute tonne of time so that you can focus on everything else that you do amazingly well.
Honestly! When we tell you that the content that you can create with us in less than two hours will save you days or even weeks.
To do every part of the process (including keyword research, planning, scripting and editing) for 15+ videos, you would be looking at spending at least 28 hours – more if you don’t really know what you are doing.
And if you don’t know what you should be recording and how to do it so it looks top-notch, your efforts are likely not going to have the same impact as they could if you called in the professionals.
Yes, you could outsource some bits and pieces, such as editing, that would save you time if you want a more DIY method, but everything from the planning and editing to the directing on the day makes this worth it.
